My order was delivered damaged

If you already notice from the outside of the package that the product is damaged (e.g. a leaking package), you are not forced to accept the order. Rather, you can ask the carrier to take care of the return.

If you notice that the contents of the package have been damaged only after opening the package, please take photos of the damaged items and send the images, order number, and notice of the damaged order to customerservice@thearcticpure.com
